resident artist program

dedicated studio space. community support. make, teach and care for maypop while growing your own creative practice.

about the residency

The Maypop Resident Artist program is a 6-month studio residency for artists who are interested not only in having a place to work, but in helping shape and care for a shared creative space.

Resident Artists are stewards of the studio. Artists who value presence, collaboration and the slow building of a place that supports meaningful making. This residency is rooted in mutual investment: affordable studio access in exchange for care, participation, and contribution to the life of the studio.
